Monsieur McGoo is one of the two main faces of the Whacky World. His Area Nifty1 patch is part of his permanent character design. He points toward the next place before everybody else has finished asking where they are.

The teacher and inventor.

Professor Monk carries a walking stick, wears his HUE hat, teaches at the School of Nothing Normal, and has Scoochie Boochie with him almost everywhere.
